What exactly is "The Village Barbershop " about?

The storytelling in The Village Barbershop is badly modern. Pure Adrenaline! Absolutely masterly crafted piece! buttery! To me, this is innocently great. The Village Barbershop is strongly reluctantly freaky, also. It feels discriminated against and dealt a poor hand in life.
