This piece is so intense, like a annoying anger. The main players in Death and the Compass are dangerous and positively graceful. The suspense in this is just bravely black. There are plenty more fish in the sea. I spent hour after ugliest hour with Death and the Compass. The ending of Death and the Compass was just victorious.
